Ability to quickly react to surprise, you can act if surprised to take one primary action as a reaction (Each enemy action provokes reaction in this case, and you cannot use a movement action). You can also use a reaction if provoked even while surprised.

Spotter. You see things others do not, both in terms of distance and behaviour, hidden weapons etc. Each round you may spend your reaction to take your actions out of turn for that round only.

If you have had the chance to observe a scene for a minute and clear view on what's going on, you can smell trouble, and when initiative is declared, you get a free move action before anyone acts (as though you had surprise).
You are always aware of your surroundings.
Effect
You gain bonuses to perception checks and are harder to surprise or catch off-guard.
