Maegester only. Requires Sustain Matrix rank 3. These spells are loaded into a matrix where your trigger event is a series of gestures. Typically these include a fair range of movement, so if your hands are bound you will be incapable of performing the necessary triggers. You do not need to speak to cast the spell.
