Your unarmed attacks do +D6 lightning, you gain +8AR lightning and you gain +1 on deflect attempts Mountain roots. Your unarmed attacks do +D4 crushing, you gain +1AR and can de-petrify at will. Fireblooded. Your unarmed attacks do +D6 fire, you gain +8AR fire and can de-immolate at will. Ice, lightning and fire can cause their elemental bonus damage in up to a 10' radius. This can be sustained with 10' of movement.
