Kiss of the dragon

Using a needle, you can with a successful strike block the chi and life flow of a victim (who must make a LIF check). The attack causes no damage, but paralyzes the victim (for 1 round on a successful check). If the victim fails the check, they are paralyzed until the needle is removed, whereupon they start leaking their vital fluids, suffering bleed (3) from their internal organs. Unless cured magically, this will kill them.
