Impressive deflect

You can use your reaction to do an impressive deflect. This is at +3 if you are deflecting unarmed, +1 otherwise. You might trap a blade in your teeth momentarily. Foes will often pause to re-assess the situation. If your attempt is unsuccessful, you still manage to block any dice which show the highest possible total. Eg if your attacker rolls 4D6, any 6's are ignored.
