Nothing but style

Using your move action and primary action you fire two arrows at once, at two separate targets that must be within 3M of one another. Each attack roll is at -2. You cannot fire both arrows at the same target. You cannot critically hit on these attacks. A crit result instead counts as a normal hit. //maybe remove the crit restriction?
