Baleful transition

Single Target within 60'. Must have mind and body type that matches yours, eg organic humanoid. Target makes WIL, CON and LIF checks. If all fail, you overwrite the body with your genecode and your old body falls over dead as you transition to the new body. This process functions like a transmogrification, you must make 9 successful WIL, CON and LIF checks (so minimum 3 rounds). Target takes 4D6 PSi damage for each failed check, or 8D6 on a critical fail.
