Psionic forge

You can imbue an item with a psionic ability of half your level or less, or two abilities at a quarter of your level or less. You may only do this once per level, and costs you 30xp to do so as you pour your life and experience into the item. Make a success roll. If you fail, the item is not permanent, and will wear out, unable to be repaired. If you succeed, it has life and power.
