Splice

As long as you are conscious, you can have a power running that affects you as a free action and no longer counts as concentration or sustain. This power must be no more than 1/4 that of your level. Sometimes these powers become permanent, sometimes this affects the mind and can twist it unpredictably. There are Scion tales of those that have become unhinged from reality but command more than one simultaneous talent: Splicers.
