Primary Action. Provokes. Single Target. Range 6. 1 round. You can send unclear thoughts to a specific target, and if you wish you can send distracting thoughts or pain. If the target is in the middle of something that requires concentration, their chance for a spell to go awry increases by 2. Others gain the distracted condition. You can damage minds by thought alone causing half your level as a damage step minus 1. eg 2nd level you can cause D3-1HP of Psi damage, 4th level D4-1HP, 6th D6-1HP.
