Distracting strike

If you attack an opponent, and that target moves it provokes reaction from the first ally of yours it moves within reach of; even if it is just a 5' step. This reaction is provoked as it moves INTO the square, so if the target moves 5' away, it will not provoke reaction from you unless you have reach.
