You can build catapults, ballista, trebuchet. You require the appropriate tools and materials, and can oversee engineers and carpenters to build 4 at once. Not only can you build them, but you can range and Fire them as a proficient weapon! (Trained at +7 levels) Anyone else attempting to fire acts as non-proficient.
