War cry

You scream and shout, or sing or otherwise intimidate your opponents, and inspire your allies. Morale checks from the enemy are at a -1 penalty, and allies morale checks at at a +1 bonus. They need not understand you, but must hear you. Range is 25'. This costs 5' of movement. If you kill a target this round, enemies within range take 1HP psychic damage.
