Hard to Kill

If you are on positive HP and have been struck a blow that is about to reduce you to below zero hit points, take half the damage you would otherwise have taken. You are impaired for 1 round and gain one level of fatigue. Execute one comment about what a weakling the attacker is as a free action. This has no effect on conditions that are doing damage (eg, poison, bleed). Damage is always rounded up.
