Primary Action. Does Not Provoke. Line, then single target. Instant or sustain. You can choose to target the ground: A blast of energy whips out from your hand, scorching along the ground, ripping and tearing (turning it to difficult terrain), to a distance of 35'. Any creatures in the line must make a SDF and AGL check. Those that fail both are thrown high in the air (60' up), additionally those that fail the SDF are dropped prone, those that fail the AGL Take 6D6 energy lightning damage. Or you can choose to target an individual: You must roll to hit the target. If successful, they take 6D6 Energy damage, and are thrown into the air, but is still held by the energy whip, then fall 60'. If the spell is sustained, then the whip can be used laterally, causing 6D6 energy damage in a line 50' perpendicular to the caster up to 60' away.
