Messenger Snakes

Primary Action. Provokes. Target self and level other individuals that you speak the name of to each snake. Sustain. You summon up to your levels worth of spectral snakes. You whisper a message (up to level x rounds long) which the snakes all rear up and listen to. You then whisper to each snake the recipient and tell the snake whether the message is private. They move at 4 constantly (54 miles per day) towards their target, then when arriving whisper in a susurrate voice which is incomprehensible if private, or in the language that you whispered to the snake otherwise (sometimes this can even be in code). The snakes are difficult to target (-4 to hit) and have only 1HP, but are spectral. The snakes will travel as far as they can towards the target but if they are unreachable, they then swallow their own tails and disappear. Note that this is effectively a find person spell as long as you know the persons name and can mentally picture them. If you cannot picture the person or do not know their name, then the snake does not move. If the recipient is dead or non-viable the snake will deliver the message to the dead body/shell. Note you do not know when the message has been delivered.
