Primary and move actions. Provokes. Single target and all those between caster and target. Sight. Until target is reached (1 round). This summons a prodigious burning winged Delta which cuts through the air at high speed. Anything within the 15' width takes 4D6 fire damage and immolates, but only holy water or a round of prayer grants a LIF check to extinguish the flame, otherwise it burns you to the ground.
