Kiss of Quicksilver

Move Action. Does not provoke. Self. Hex (on you) While the incantation is active you can kiss a target and veins of silver flow along their skin, tracking their veins. A tear of deadly silver rolls down their cheek. Spectral unarmed melee attack at +6 that provokes threat. If you hit your target, they are magically poisoned and takes 2D6 poison damage. The damage only ends when you roll 7 for damage and does not reduce each round. Target still takes that rounds damage, and effect cannot end on the first round they are affected.
