Primary Action. Provokes. Single target within 100', then 200' radius from animal. Concentration. This spell is similar to the curse of suspicious thirst, but only targets creatures of animal intelligence in a large invisible radius around the target. The target gets a LIF check to resist. If they fail, horses and animals nearby them also shy away from water and do not drink to the point of dying of thirst. The caster has a dust dervish swirl up about them for the duration of the spell. This obscures their tracks and gives a +1 to deflect ranged attacks.
