Fires of truth

2 hour Ritual. Single Target. Circle around the target. A ritual circle is drawn with elemental symbols, earth and water used in its creation. The subject must mirror the symbols being drawn and stay inside the circle until it is complete, and then speak as the final part of the magic. They grasp the stakes as part of the magic as they are drawing the circle. Once they have finished speaking the fire takes hold: If they have spoken the truth, then pure fire burns them to ash. If they have lied the fire burns only the circle and they remain untouched. Accused stand trial with this as the adjudicator. Typically if the Zealot has falsely accused someone, they become the next subject for the spell, so investigations are typically thorough.
