Pactburn

Primary action. Provokes. Single Target. Range Touch. Sentient Target and caster agree to a pact. Once the compact is made, a rune is burned into an object or person (D6 Fire damage), or two things if they are pressed together. If the compact is broken- the rune flares (Doing 4D6 damage). If the rune is situated on an artery, this also causes Bleed (3). Often this is pressed to a non magical weapon, but the rune degrades the object on any D6 roll of 4-6. It cannot be used on a magical item. Frequently this is used on the neck artery of the condemned.
