Primary action. Provokes. 25' radius. WIL check to resist. Sustain All combatants within 25' must make a WIL check, or lower their weapons of war. All those within the area of effect feel a wave of peace wash over them. This may not change their disposition, but could start a dialogue. Allies must check also. At Z24 affected targets drop to their knees and Radius increases by 5. At Z32 affected targets fall prone and radius increases by 5.
