Primary action and move action. Provokes. Range 15' 1 Target within range. Duration: 1 round Must be able to hear and understand the caster. WIL check negates. Target will meekly listen to the caster and take no offensive action against the caster until the casters next turn. They still defend themselves but gain the distracted condition. If attacked by the casters allies they will retaliate and attack. For each 8 additional levels, range increases by 10' and you can affect 1 additional target.
