Slime terrain

Primary action. Provokes reaction. Touch. 5' Radius. Sustain You smite the ground you stand upon, and elemental slime forms from the point of impact. This makes the terrain slippery and difficult, where ice creeps up your boots and into your bones. Moving through the area is difficult movement 1, if you end your turn in the area, you become covered in elemental slime, and take D6 damage. On Z13 and for each 8 additional levels the radius increases by 5', DS increases by 2 and difficult movement increases by 1.
