Spectral Beacon

Primary action. Provokes Range self. Duration concentration. This spell creates a glowing spectral weapon of your choice that does D6 damage, and radiates intense light. If held aloft and pointed to the heavens, a beam of light shoots up into the night for as long as you concentrate, visible for miles during the day, and dozens of miles at night, dependant on conditions.
