Primary action. Provokes. Single Target. Range: 5. Sustain, instance. Single Target within range is bound by holy power and becomes spectral. You also become spectral. You and the target both take 4D6 life damage. Neither of you are subject to any other attacks unless they affect spectral targets. You can choose to sustain the effect, but the target gets a LIF check each round to break the magic. If the target fails three LIF checks in a row, you can bind them permanently to a location or object. They must remain within 10 of that point. If you re-cast the spell they are no longer tethered to that location if they wish.
