Primary action. Provokes. Single target. Range 7. Until successful check. A twisting net of electrical energy covers your opponent. They make a MAG check or the Energy Web sticks to them: They are impaired, and take 2D4 Energy damage (Lightning). If they fail the MAG check they need a succesful SDF check to destroy the web when they move otherwise it moves with them inflicting 2D4 energy damage on the casters turn. Targets who are wet suffer double damage from this spell. A Successful MAG check results in just D4 energy (lightning) damage, and the Web disapates immediately.
